Thank you for choosing our Food-to-Go’s casual catering service.

**Hours and pick-up location is adjusted during breaks and the summer months. During these times delivery is not available and the pick-up location will be in Verde Everyday on the second floor of the Union. Please call (940)-369-8597 or (940) 369-8754 for order pick up during operating hours Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.**


Our service is designed to meet the food preparation needs of small, informal gatherings on a tight budget. We will package your order for easy pick-up at the Food-to-Go retail store on the 2nd level of the University Union or we can deliver it for a small fee (drop-off only). Our service is available Monday through Friday, between 8:00am and 5:00pm. Saturday pick-up service is available at the 1st level Corner Store, from 11:00am to 5:00pm.

Hours may be affected during the summer and on holidays.

Food-to-Go’s service is focused on keeping our prices low. If your event requires full-service catering, including planning assistance, set-up, and/or specific delivery time, please contact Verde catering at (940) 369-6057 or visit http://www.dining.unt.edu/verde-catering for more information.


Below are some guidelines to help you with your Food-to-Go order:

  • Orders should be placed at least 48 hours in advance.  Last-minute orders are possible, though the menu may be limited. For last-minute approval, please contact the Verde catering office at (940)-369-6057. 

  • Due to brand requirements, some items include utensils and some items do not. Please read the descriptions of items carefully to know exactly what it comes with. If you would like to add plates or utensils, you may do so under the utensils tab. 

Payment

  • Inter-Departmental Orders (IDOs) are the preferred method of payment for both pick-up and delivery.

  • Pick-up orders may be paid by credit card or cash. Orders must be purchased at the retail registers at Food-to-Go (weekdays) or Corner Store (weekends). Your tax-exempt form will be required at pick-up for credit card and cash purchases for university tax-exempt functions.

  • Delivery orders must be paid by IDO or credit cards in advance. A low $15 flat fee will be added to all delivery orders.

  • Orders greater than $500 will not be accepted and will be asked to order through our full service Verde Catering website. 

Delivery

  • Delivery service is drop-off only. 

  • Selected delivery times are NOT a guarantee. Deliveries will be made on a first-come, first-serve basis and are based on business volume. If a specific delivery time is required, then please contact Verde Catering for service for your event.

  • We are not able to deliver to UNT on the Square or Disco Park. FTG delivery is only available for on campus locations that a golf cart can travel to. FTG services are still made available for all locations and community orders if customer is ok with the pick-up service options. 

Cancellations

  • Please cancel orders at least 48 hours prior to the event. Orders cancelled within that time frame will not be charged. Orders cancelled less than 48 hours will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
